Scope of personal data and purposes of processing
We process personal data you provide to us for the following purposes:

  • Communication via website or e-mail: Your personal data (name, e-mail) are necessary to respond to your questions or inform you about our services.

  • Web reservations: Data from reservations are processed independently by Reservio, which is responsible for their protection.

We retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing or for the period required by law unless stated otherwise.

While browsing our website, we record statistical data about website traffic using:

  • Google Analytics 4 – to measure website traffic, see how long visitors stay, and which pages they visit,

  • Google Search Console – to monitor how the website appears in Google search and identify potential indexing issues.

If you feel that your data are not being processed in accordance with the law, you may contact the Data Protection Authority directly.

Confidentiality
Our collaborators who process your data are obliged to maintain confidentiality even after the end of cooperation. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
